The Star is the 91 acre Dallas Cowboys headquarters and mixed use campus in Frisco built as a public private partnership between the Cowboys, the City of Frisco and Frisco ISD, with the 510,000 square foot Ford Center opening on August 21, 2016. It becomes the physical address of the DFW creator economy: Complexity Gaming opens its 11,000 square foot GameStop Performance Center there on May 20, 2019 after Jerry Jones and John Goff buy the team, GameSquare Holdings runs its public company from 6775 Cowboys Way on the campus, and Dude Perfect opens its 80,000 square foot production headquarters at The Star in January 2025. The campus concentrates esports, a Nasdaq listed holding company and the largest sports creator brand in the country inside one landlord's development.
