Highmount Capital announces an investment of more than $100 million on April 9, 2024, and former NBA executive Andrew Yaffe becomes the first CEO in October 2024. An 80,000 square foot, reported $5 million headquarters opens at The Star in Frisco, Texas in January 2025 with the first Trick Shot World Championship in February 2025. Yaffe departs on September 3, 2026 after disagreeing with the founders on the next phase, and investor Patrick Hurley becomes interim CEO.
