WME (WME Group)

Method

William Morris Endeavor is the agency arm of Endeavor and takes commission on film, television, touring, publishing and brand work. Its digital department signs Logan Paul in July 2021 when he leaves CAA, signs Dixie D'Amelio with IMG Models in 2024, signs Doug DeMuro in November 2023, and signs Smosh in January 2026 to move the channel into film and television. The ownership rung shifts underneath the agency: Silver Lake announces a take private of Endeavor in April 2024 at 27.50 dollars a share, valuing the company at 13 billion dollars, and closes on March 24, 2025, after which IMG, Professional Bull Riders and On Location are sold to TKO for 3.25 billion dollars and the company is renamed WME Group in 2026 with Ari Emanuel as executive chairman.
