Method

Studio71 begins in Berlin in September 2013 as ProSiebenSat.1's German language MCN, absorbs Collective Digital Studio in 2017 and sells 30 percent to TF1 and Mediaset the same year while running its American business from Los Angeles. It pays creators a share of YouTube advertising, sells brand integrations, syndicates video to Facebook and Snapchat and builds one of the ten largest US podcast networks. The business posts 246 million euros of 2025 revenue, and on April 21, 2026 ProSiebenSat.1 sells the North American operation to Fixated, an Eldridge backed Los Angeles talent and production company, for an undisclosed sum, giving Fixated a network of more than 1,000 creators; the German operation stays with ProSieben. Grace Helbig moves from Fullscreen to Studio71 in November 2017.
