Method
ProSiebenSat.1, based in Unterfoehring near Munich, takes a 20 percent stake in Beverly Hills multi channel network Collective Digital Studio in March 2014, then on July 8, 2015 merges it with its Berlin network Studio71, founded in September 2013, and pays a reported 83 million dollars for 75 percent of the combined company at a 240 million dollar valuation, the founders keeping 25 percent. The merged network drops the Collective name and becomes Studio71 on January 27, 2016. In January 2017 TF1 and Mediaset buy 30 percent of Studio71. In December 2017 Studio71 and more than 15 other companies are merged into Red Arrow Studios, renamed Seven. One Studios in November 2022. The 2015 price is from press coverage and is not confirmed in a primary filing.
