Method
Neil Waller and James Street found Whalar in London in 2016 after winning an entrepreneurship contest, and build a creator agency paid campaign fees by brands, with New York and Los Angeles as its US hubs. The parent Whalar Group grows to seven companies: the Whalar agency, the Sixteenth management company under Danny Lowney, the Foam talent operating system, Moby Ventures, the Umi Games studio, Business of Creativity and The Lighthouse creator campus. By 2026 Whalar has run more than 600 million dollars of creator campaigns. Accenture announces on June 8, 2026 that it is acquiring the Whalar agency and its more than 170 staff for Accenture Song, closing July 31, 2026, while Whalar Group keeps Sixteenth, Foam, Moby Ventures, The Lighthouse and Business of Creativity and signs a three year partnership with Accenture Song.
