Sway House

Method

Michael Gruen's TalentX Entertainment opens the Sway House on January 4, 2020 in a rented 7,800 square foot Bel Air home with Josh Richards, Bryce Hall, Jaden Hossler and Griffin Johnson, later nine members. TalentX takes a cut of deals and launches Ani Energy through the house in July 2020. Parties during lockdown bring a city power shutoff in August 2020. Members leave by December 2020 and the house closes in February 2021, leaving Sway Fitness supplements and a Facebook reality show.
