TalentX Entertainment's Michael Gruen opens Sway House in January 2020 in a Los Angeles mansion for Josh Richards, Bryce Hall, Griffin Johnson and Jaden Hossler, later adding Noah Beck and Blake Gray. Hall and Hossler are arrested on drug charges in May 2020, the city cuts the house's power, water and gas in August 2020 after pandemic parties that Mayor Eric Garcetti calls a nightclub in the hills, and prosecutors charge Hall and Gray. Sway LA formally disbands in February 2021, and ReKTGlobal buys TalentX in March 2021, folding Gruen, Richards and about 17 staff into a new ReKTX division.
Open questions: Tubefilter describes the mansion as Hollywood Hills while the prior note and other press say Bel Air; the 7,800 square foot figure is not in a retrieved source.
