Method
Matthew Haag joins OpTic Gaming in June 2010, wins the 2011 Call of Duty XP championship and its $100,000 prize and captains the team until April 2015, when he leaves to build his own brand. He founds 100 Thieves in 2016 with Dan Gilbert's backing and runs it as CEO until stepping back in December 2024 to stream. In September 2025 12 layoffs land while he streams a Roobet sponsorship from Mexico, and he confirms he is no longer CEO.
