Method
Benny and Rafi Fine start TheFineBros in 2007 and Kids React in October 2010 grows into a franchise with 32 million subscribers. On January 26, 2016 they announce React World, a plan to license and trademark React; 675,000 subscribers leave within weeks and they withdraw the applications on February 1. Allegations of racism in 2020 follow a resurfaced blackface clip. Electric Monster Media buys React Media on November 18, 2021 for an undisclosed price; the brothers step away and about 25 staff transfer. Brat TV buys Electric Monster in January 2025 and the combined company becomes ZATV, which now runs the React channels.
