Guy Beahm leaves Sledgehammer Games in 2015 to stream full time and draws 388,000 concurrent viewers in February 2018. Twitch signs a multi year deal in March 2020 and bans him permanently on June 26, 2020. He moves to YouTube and co founds the studio Midnight Society in December 2021. On June 24, 2024 Midnight Society terminates him after former Twitch staff say he messaged a minor in 2017; he admits some messages were inappropriate, YouTube demonetizes him and sponsors leave. Rumble announces on November 25, 2024 that he leads Rumble Gaming and joins Rumble Premium. Midnight Society shuts down and cancels Dead Drop on January 31, 2025, the same day YouTube remonetizes his channel. Collaborators stay away through 2026.
