The first TwitchCon runs September 25 and 26, 2015 at Moscone Center in San Francisco with about 20,000 attendees. It rotates through San Diego, Long Beach, San Jose and Las Vegas, with San Diego Convention Center as the main North American site since 2016. The 2024 San Diego edition draws 23,000 and the October 2025 edition returns to San Diego, where an assault on streamer Emiru on the first day forces chief executive Dan Clancy to admit security failures. TwitchCon San Diego 2026 is set for November 13 to 15 at the San Diego Convention Center. The European edition runs at Rotterdam Ahoy in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and Twitch announces Berlin for May 22 and 23, 2027.

Open questions: The 2015 and 2024 attendance figures rest on the prior note; the 11,500 Rotterdam figure is not in a retrieved source.
