Method
Rooster Teeth starts RTX in Austin in 2011 as a fan convention that grows to tens of thousands of attendees; the tenth edition goes virtual as RTX At Home in September 2020 and live events return in 2022. The last Austin edition runs July 7 to 9, 2023 as the finale of the company's twentieth anniversary, before Warner Bros. Discovery announces on March 6, 2024 that it is closing Rooster Teeth and its roughly 150 staff.
