Method
Playlist Live holds its first convention in 2011 at the Orlando World Center Marriott, organized by Orlando merchandising company AKT Enterprises, and grows into the East Coast counterpart to VidCon, selling out its tenth edition in May 2017 with more than 13,000 guests and 500 creators. A Washington edition runs in 2015. The 2022 edition is the last: the 2023 Orlando event is canceled and the organizers say the event will not continue.
Open questions: The 2023 cancellation, the May 19, 2023 trademark cancellation and the Rapid Cat organizer name could not be checked; Tubefilter names AKT Enterprises as organizer.
