Method
After two rented houses in Los Angeles, the Hype House collective moves in 2020 to a Spanish style mansion in Moorpark in Ventura County with a pool, outdoor gym and spa, valued at about 5 million dollars. The landlord sues in January 2023 for 300,000 dollars in unpaid rent and damage, Thomas Petrou announces on April 6, 2023 that the group will leave, and the house is sold in August 2024.
