FaZe House, Hollywood Hills

Method

FaZe Clan moves its members from New York to a rented Los Angeles mansion around 2016, filming vlogs and Call of Duty content there before adding the neighboring Clout House in 2017; the pair cost 83,500 dollars a month and a third house follows by November 2018. In March 2020 FaZe leaves both for one 10 bedroom, 16 bathroom mansion formerly rented by Justin Bieber, listed at 10 million dollars and leased at a reported 80,000 dollars a month, ahead of its 2022 SPAC listing. Exact lease dates for the first house are not in a fetched source.
