Method

Amir Ben Yohanan and Chris Young form West of Hudson Group in January 2020 and open Clubhouse Beverly Hills with Daisy Keech after she leaves the Hype House in March 2020. WOHG buys control of the OTC shell Tongji Healthcare on June 18, 2020, signs a share exchange on August 11, 2020 and renames it Clubhouse Media Group, with Ben Yohanan holding a golden share of super voting preferred stock. The company runs content houses in Southern California and Europe on leases signed in August and September 2020, and Keech sues over ownership within months. Its 10-K for 2022 states that it closed the physical Clubhouses in 2021 and in 2022 chose to focus only on its digital agency and the creator platform Honeydrip, with a going concern warning from its auditor.
