FaZe Clan opens the Clout House in Los Angeles in 2017 for its YouTube side, FaZe Banks, RiceGum, Alissa Violet and later Sommer Ray, in a mansion neighboring the FaZe House; the two leases together cost 83,500 dollars a month. In November 2018 FaZe runs three Los Angeles houses and hires a house manager for them. The Clout House era ends in March 2020 when FaZe consolidates into a single 10 bedroom mansion once rented by Justin Bieber at a reported 80,000 dollars a month.
