Creative Artists Agency establishes a permanent Nashville office in 1991, moves to Truist Plaza in 2011, and on July 6, 2026 opens 75,000 square feet on two floors at 955 Church Street in Nashville Yards, a building marketed as the CAA Creative Office Building, with 160 employees across Global Touring, Music Brand Partnerships, Tour Marketing, Creators, Baseball, Football, Coaches, Brand Consulting, Property Sales and CAA ICON, plus recording studios and artist hospitality spaces designed by CannonDesign.
