Method
100 Thieves opens the Cash App Compound in Los Angeles on January 23, 2020, a 15,000 square foot building with esports training rooms, streaming studios, apparel design offices, headquarters and a retail storefront, named under what it calls the most comprehensive sponsorship in esports. It is funded by 60 million dollars of venture capital from Drake, Scooter Braun, Dan Gilbert and Sequoia, with a later round reported at a 460 million dollar valuation in December 2021. Layoffs follow in 2022 and 2023 and the Higround keyboard and Juvee drink units are spun out; Higround still sells 100 Thieves Team Issue keyboards through Best Buy in 2026. Whether the organization still occupies the building is unconfirmed.
