It merges with Lisa Filipelli's Flip Management on August 10, 2018 under the parent company Third Act and opens a New York office. By 2026 it reports more than 500 creators, a team of over 50 with about 25 managers, partners Lisa Filipelli, Amy Neben, Brittany Maxwell and Caroline Nardilla, and promotes four and hires two in March 2026.
