Nateland Experiences, the development arm of Nateland Entertainment, announces on November 18, 2025 at the IAAPA Expo in Orlando a partnership with the California design firm Storyland Studios to build a family theme park of more than 100 acres in the Nashville area, pitched by Bargatze as a replacement for the Opryland park that closed in 1997. A feasibility study is targeted for the first quarter of 2026, WSMV reports a roughly 350 million dollar cost and first renderings on May 19, 2026, with a Metro Nashville area site chosen but not disclosed and three themed lands including a 1990s mall entrance and a Donkey Dive ride, and a Screamin' Delta Demon trademark is filed. The company also books a 2026 Nateland cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line. Financing is the next step after the study and no site, investor or opening date is confirmed.
