Mythic Talent launches on February 28, 2023 out of OTK's Austin headquarters as a full service management company under CEO William Lucas, formerly of Tempo Storm and AFK Creators, with OTK co founders Tips Out and Asmongold as advisers and co founders and Cody Gates as COO, offering sponsorship management, merchandising, editing and brand building to a roster that opens at more than 65 creators including Mizkif, Cyr and Tectone. In August 2025 it signs OTK's Esfand and Nmplol and ItsKatchii, and by 2026 represents CaseOh, Sodapoppin, Zizaran and Quin69. On March 12, 2026 the agency and Asmongold part ways after his remarks about a bombing in Iran, while the VTuber Grimmi publicly accuses it of withholding sponsorship money, which Mythic denies, and Filian and others leave. The firm remains the main management rail for Austin's Twitch cohort.
